An interesting aspect about the Coffees of India, in general, is the fact that they reflect sustainable cultivation, have since long co-existed peacefully with animals, birds and other plants, are among the most biodiversity-friendly cultivations in the world, besides providing a fillip to employment and livelihoods of a large chunk of the multitude in this county.
